2019 Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is on September 13, 2019, Friday. People in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam, and other countries will celebrate this harvest festival. Oversea Chinese and Asian will do the same celebration. Moon Lady, Jade Rabbit, Lumberjack Chopper and Moon Cakes are famous legendary stories behind the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival.
The population of China reaches about 1.43 billion. The overseas Chinese is more than 50 million. The population of Taiwan and Hong Kong is more than 31 million. The City of Rosemead, California will host the 6th Annual Moon Festival on Saturday, September 14, 2019, from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The Chinese mid-autumn moon festival will take place on Valley Boulevard, between Walnut Grove and Ivar Avenue. The public is invited. Admission is free. You can visit more than 100 food and merchandise vendors. The event includes cultural performances, live entertainment, and tasty food.
